    HR Professional (Consulting)


    1.  Provide guidance and consultation to our clients and organizational partners in the interpretation of HR management policies, procedures, programs, and applications of related government laws and regulations.

    2.  Create, revise, and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.

    3.  Audit client HR systems and processes. Make recommendations to address any disparities or issues.

    4.  Deliver client-level support with Payroll HRIS systems.


    · Knowledge of Human Resources systems (compliance, compensation, training, and performance management).

    · Teamwork skills that establish and maintain credibility with clients and HR team members.

    · Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

    · Excellent organizational skills.

    · Ability to travel to nearby clients for on-site consultations.

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills.


    · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

    · Three plus years experience in an HR role.

    · HR certification such as SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent experience is required.
