    It is the primary responsibility of the Manager Talent Acquisition to lead the team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across the enterprise in alignment the mission and vision of MGM Resorts. This leader will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute on the recruitment strategy for properties and corporate departments. The incumbent will interact with leadership at all levels to ensure both that there is a clear understanding of their unique needs and that actions are in place to ensure that these needs are met.


    Drive implementation of a result-oriented comprehensive talent acquisition plan consistent with the strategic vision of MGM Resorts International Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to support all levels of the MGM Resorts International organization.

    Build relationships with leadership to be recognized as a strategic business partner and gain insights on operations with clear understanding of the needs and priorities of the properties as well as corporate departments; serve as the primary point of contact for all property, regional and corporate partners, serving as a direct liaison for all stakeholder needs.

    Lead operational processes within Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless flow, quality customer service, legal compliance and staff adherence to established policies and procedures.

    Lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives; engage in self-directed work, create and maintain timetables for projects, manage deadlines and resources, and work with a wide degree of creativity and latitude with minimal supervision.

    Oversee all Employment and licensing processes for new hires.

    Manage and initiate relationships with community partners to create and maintain candidate pipelines as part of workforce development efforts.

    Collaborate with other teams within Talent Acquisition; Executive, College, Sourcing, Internal Mobility; to ensure a seamless process that meets the expectations of the clients at all levels.

    Perform other job-related duties as requested.


    Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.

    Four (4) years in Talent Acquisition role or related field


    Gaming registration/license as required by applicable jurisdiction(s)

    Proof of eligibility to work in the United States


    Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast paced environment.

    Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management.

    Operational understanding of resorts

    Ability to supervise employees and provide direction for the specific project.

    Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

    Ability to communicate effectively in English, in both written and verbal forms

    Demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information.
