Human Resources Generalist- MRI Software

    We have a wonderful opportunity for an Human Resource Generalist to join our team based in our Global Headquarters in Solon, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.

    The HR Generalist will perform various human resources duties in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and/or other initiatives and special projects. This position operates under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment and requires a high level of confidentiality.

    Essential Functions Include:

    • Partner with and advise leaders on HR initiatives, including, but not limited to providing support on performance management, policy interpretation, retention, compensation and engagement
    • Provide support to all employees on policies and procedures, accommodations, immigration and other HR-related topics
    • Administers policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees
    • Manage offboarding process for assigned groups
    • Employee Rewards and Recognition
    • Collaborate with the global Talent team on team initiatives
    • Participate in quarterly spirit week, engagement and philanthropic events and initiatives
    • All other duties as assigned

    SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

    • BA/BS Degree in human resource management, or similar business focus, or equivalent of 2-5years of experience in HR Generalist functions (recruiting, employment, employee relations, employee benefits, training, etc.) in a corporate environment
    • PHR certification a plus
    • Minimum of three years experience in human resources generalist functions
    • Proficiency with MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Ability to maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality is required
    • Strong planning, time management, decision making, presentation, and organization skills
    • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
    • Strong collaboration skills; team focused
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions
    • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and strong problem solving skills
    • Ability to approach situations strategically
