Sleep Your Way to Success: The Power of Sleep to Improve Results
This session provides an eye-opening and thought-provoking look into the impact that sleep has on our health, personal productivity, and business results. You will gain insight into why we sleep, the implications of sleep deprivation, and proven best practices for increasing quality and quantity of sleep. Join us for a conversation that others have described as life changing as we dive into this predominately misunderstood, and ignored, important topic.
Ron Bower is the Founder and President of the Brickpath Group, a Cleveland based consulting and advisory firm that he started nearly 13 years ago. Ron’s focus as an advisor is to enable business growth and help leaders become even more effective by providing support on culture, strategy, leadership training, executive coaching, team development, and recruiting.
Additionally, Ron is the Founder and President of InterviewPath, a SaaS company he started over five years ago to provide a simple, powerful, and affordable solution to generating custom interview guides to help companies improve their quality of hire.
Ron is an advisory board member for Century Cycle and Rust Belt Recruiting, and on the Board of Directors, an Executive Committee Member, and Chair of the HR Committee for The Conservancy for the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
He is a graduate of Ohio University, and earlier in his career spent 27 years in the banking industry, predominately working in Human Resources. When not working, you can find Ron and his wife travelling, hiking, reading, or enjoying a concert.
