    Attracting and Hiring Top Talent in a Tight Labor Market 

    In this presentation, we’ll discuss strategies and tactics organizations can employ to fill critical positions when qualified candidates are especially hard to find. We will share some of the most common mistakes employers make when hiring and what some of the best ones do too. Questions and dialogue are always welcome!   

    Clark Harvey is the President of Arrowhead Talent Solutions, an executive search and human resources consulting firm in North Canton, Ohio. In this role, Clark works with organizations to source top talent for high-impact positions; provides talent acquisition & human resources consulting; and helps job-seekers on a variety of topics, including resume writing, interviewing, LinkedIn, job search strategies, personal productivity, and more.

    In addition, Clark is the Executive Director of Brighter Days Foundation, a non-profit that partners with Columbus-area charities that deliver high quality programs and services with measurable, impactful results.

    He serves on a variety of boards serving the community, including:

    • Walsh University Alumni Board of Trustees
    • Mercy Hospital Development Foundation
    • Foundation 59
    • North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce
    • Stowe Mission of Central Ohio

    Previously, Clark served in a variety of human resources management and talent acquisition roles at The Timken Company, Diebold Nixdorf, Kenan Advantage Group, and others. He has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, college recruiting, human resources, and project management in a variety of industries.

    Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication and a master’s degree in school counseling from Walsh University. He lives in North Canton with his wife, Tara, and their 3 children.
