HR’s secret weapons – presence and perserverance
Presented by Barb Utrup, Sr. Management Consultant at PRADCO
On a scale of 1-10, how are you doing? What do you have left after 2 years of riding a bike as you build it? After hearing complaint after complaint, handling staffing shortages, and listening to people that “just want to vent,” what’s left of YOU? While being everything to everyone else, you will often put yourself last. You question your priorities and feel that you’re not as effective as you want to be.
Join Barb Utrup for an engaging workshop that will center you back to your brand and use presence to put you in the strongest position to be your best self. Attendees will learn tips and tools for being deliberate with communicating, being cognizant of their appearance, and focusing where they add value. And most importantly, be reminded how they’ve persevered through the toughest of years.
Objectives:
- Call to mind your individual brand
- Review the components of presence to persevere and show your brand
- Explore data on confidence
- Examine tangible steps to overcome imposter syndrome
