Making Benefits a Win/Win for Employers and Employees
Employers are juggling cost increases, benefit plan designs and their long-term strategy to offer competitive health insurance to retain and attract talent in a very competitive market. By understanding how carrier underwriting formulates rates and the trends used to determine those rates can put you at a competitive advantage. In this presentation we will discuss those items along with utilizing alternative solutions to make your benefits program a win/win for you and your employees. We will also discuss the negative impact employees have on your plan when they misuse their benefits and why educating your team on a regular basis, making them better consumers of their healthcare, can have a positive impact to the entire group.
