Drama Free Workplace - Avoiding the Self-Defeating Habits of Otherwise Brilliant People

You’ve seen it: avoidance, talking about others instead of talking to them, rumors, negative speculation, factions, and lack of trust. Learn why negative assumptions pick up momentum and spread, how to short-circuit destructive disagreement, extinguish incivility and eliminate unconscious behaviors that spark toxic power struggles and cycles of mistrust. This session will cover the nine stages of destructive disagreement; practical strategies to eliminate personality-based conflicts; provide positive solutions to create an open and trusting atmosphere; and an effortless way to begin a difficult dialogue.
