Akron SHRM is scheduled to volunteer at the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank on:
Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 12:45pm to 4pm
Akron SHRM volunteers will assist with a Neighborhood Grocery Distribution. 
This volunteer opportunity takes place outside in the parking lot of the Akron-
Canton Regional Foodbank.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT
Welcome to your Foodbank:

•  The Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank is located at the corner of Dart Avenue and Opportunity Parkway off of OH-59 near Downtown Akron. Our address is 350 Opportunity Parkway, Akron, OH  44307  
• When you arrive, park in the Shipping and Receiving/grass lot.  You may enter the grass lot by first going through the Shipping and Receiving gate.

What to wear:

• During the COVID-19 pandemic, volunteers must wear masks that cover your mouth and nose.
• Volunteers are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothing and please dress for the weather.  This opportunity takes place rain or shine. 
• Safety is our priority!  Volunteers must wear closed toe shoes in our warehouse. 
• Comfortable shoes are recommended as you will be on your feet.
• Please leave valuables at home or in your car.  (Lockers are available if needed.)
