HR Like a Boss
During this interactive presentation, the audience will be challenged to look at their HR department from the view of a CEO (aka boss). Learn about what leaders really care about and what means nothing to them. Bosses want effectiveness, results, productivity, and adding value. Participants will collaborate about how to effectively influence change that positively impacts the entire organization. Tactics will be reviewed that will ensure HR is in the front seat of key decisions by being brutally honest, obsessing (in a good way) about your organization, truly serving the needs of your company, and adding value with key HR initiatives that will yield results for your organization.
Learning Objectives:
1. Share the key priorities and decision-making criteria of CEOs and leaders
2. Develop strategies for HR to implement effective change that positively impacts your organization
3. Learn specific take-away's to implement in your organization that will improve effectiveness and organizational productivity
Our June speaker, John Bernatovicz:
John is a husband, father, brother, entrepreneur, and life-long Northeast Ohioan. He has been married to his wife, Emily, for 22 years and is the proud father of Will, a sixth grade Gamer and Soccer Player, and Mallory, a fourth grade artist and tennis player. John was an Academic All-American in golf at Kent State University and began his professional career at ADP. Over the last 15 years, he has started or been an owner in six business ventures. He currently is the president and founder of Willory, a staffing and consulting firm solely focused in HR and payroll. The firm helps clients transform their organization through people, process and technology. In addition, John is the majority owner of Centsible Water, Ohio’s premier reverse osmosis water vending company. In 2017, he partnered to help start the first-ever fractional sales management, sales training, and sales search firm, Keylan Management Group. John loves to golf, coach sports, root for Cleveland sports teams (he is a die-hard), and consistently runs in the Akron Marathon relay race.
