BEYOND THE BASICS: THORNY ADA and FMLA ISSUES
Join Kastner Westman & Wilkins attorney John McKenzie as breakfast attendees tackle absentee management. This interactive workshop will focus on managing tricky intermittent absences under the FMLA and explore the limits on an employer’s obligations under the ADA.
John McKenzie is a Shareholder at Akron boutique labor and employment law firm Kastner Westman & Wilkins. The firm represents management exclusively. John focuses his practice as a litigator, assisting employers with employment disputes, contracts, harassment investigations, terminations/severance/RIFs and non-compete matters. He advises on leave management under the ADA and FMLA, including reasonable accommodation and interactive process obligations.
