How to Create a Benefits Strategy that will WOW Your Employees!

In this presentation you will learn to develop an impactful benefits strategy for your organization that capitalizes on the most current savings and tax advantage plans for your employees.  We will give you specific and creative ideas on ways to answer the questions that plague all of us trying to care for our families and save for the future:

    • How can I reduce college tuition costs for my children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews by up to 25%?
    • How can I assure that if disability strikes, that I will have 100% of my net income protected?
    • How can I make sure I can still retire if I am forced to stop working due to accident or illness?

This presentation will provide an update on what is available in the marketplace today for large and small organizations alike.  We will show how you can develop a benefits strategy that will wow your employees and not break the bank!

    Our Speakers:

    Patrick Callahan

For the past 9 years, I’ve had the privilege to help my clients with holistic financial planning strategies, “outside the box” group benefits strategies, and helping every employee reach financial freedom - being able to live a stress-free retirement!

My team consists of financial planners, group benefits experts, retirement planning specialists, deferred compensation experts and more.  Having these resources allows me to be a resource to any business, large or small.  Our approach is proactive rather than reactive.

Outside of work I enjoy spending my time with my wife, two sons, and dog. My favorite activities are golf, lifting/CrossFit, cycling and off-roading on my 4wheeler. Being from Pittsburgh, I’m a lifelong Steeler’s fan and Penguin fan.

    Tasha Jo Hill

Tasha Jo Hill joined Lifetime Financial Growth as Director of Income Protection Strategies in 2002.  In 2013, she was honored with the distinction of Guardian’s “Disability Insurance Specialist of the Year” and, in 2016, she was inducted into the Guardian “Circle of Excellence” (a hall of fame, of sorts).  A student of the Disney Institute, Tasha prides herself on an elevated customer service experience whether working with financial advisors or directly with consumers.  Her customized approach has garnered her the following feedback over the past decade:

“Thanks for going above and beyond.”

“It’s nice to know that some people still take so much pride in their work!”

“You made this so easy for us!”

Tasha was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio where she still resides with her husband, Michael.  They have two cats and so many nieces and nephews, they lost count.
