Building a Resilient Workforce: Channeling Your Inner “Ninja Warrior”

What can be done to manage the frenetic communications practices that overwhelm employees, simplify the work environment, create more flexible work standards, and teach workers how to prioritize?

Being resilient is now recognized as an important factor in the workplace. In the increasing and endlessly turbulent context of today’s working world, the resilience of both individuals and organizations becomes paramount in order to survive and thrive.

More than one-third of executives in a recent global survey rated this issue among their top five priorities, but fewer than one in ten thought they were dealing with it effectively.

Join us as we as we channel our inner "ninja warrior" and explore how to build gritty employees and a resilient organization.  In this program, we will explore how build our own resiliency while learning how to build a resilient organization.

    • Identify what is grit, take the grit scale to uncover your how ‘gritty’ you are
    • Recognize how the concept of grit is related to success
    • Understand the difference between fixed and growth mindset
    • Identify ways the organization can create a culture of passion and perseverance in your employees
    • Hear about organizations that have successfully redefined the employee experience
    • Learn the five keys to success in creating the “Simply Irresistible” Workplace – one that not only attracts great people, but also creates an environment to truly thrive.
