    Accounting 401:

    Understanding Financial Statements:

    Mission Critical for Business Partners

CFOs and C-Suite executives use financials statements to monitor business results.  For organizations of all sizes, these documents capture key information used to make decisions.  Learn what is included in the financial statements and how finance executives use this information.  This will involve a deep dive into income statements and its drivers, including EBIT and EBIDA.

Human Resource professionals hold the key to one of the largest investments of any organization – Human Capital. The second half of this presentation will drive home the critical skill needed to tie recruitment and retention expenses to the Income Statement and Earnings per share.

This is the presentation that your CEO and CFO want you to attend! HR plays a critical role in helping improve the bottom line…is your head in the game?
