    From the C-Suite:

Creating and Implementing a Comprehensive Talent & Performance Management System

How do strategic managers for a Fortune 250 company standardize, simplify, create transparency, and promote retention on a global scale? With over 48,000 employees in more than 45 countries, creating a system to better manage talent across numerous cultures, languages, and systems is a tall order. Parker-Hannifin Corporation learned that cooperation from key personnel in Data Analytics, Total Rewards, IT, Human Resources, and Finance was critical to developing a system that better served Front Line Managers around the world.

In this presentation, designed for Senior Level HR and CEOs, the break down on how the executive leaders were able to build the business case and the ROI analysis for the implementation of SAP Success Factors will be discussed.

Key takeaways for your organization will include the use of performance metrics, involvement of managerial level staff, succession planning at all levels, cost control, and implementation best practices.

Attendees are STRONGLY encouraged to bring members of your C-Suite!  This will be geared toward organizing a comprehensive people strategy that streamlines operations and improves the bottom line!
