    About the Speaker:

    Paul offers the holistic practices of mindfulness meditation, hypnotherapy, and yoga. He assists individuals and groups to reduce stress, improve health and performance and in some cases, make life-changing transformations.  All three share the ability to align the mind, body and spirit towards a common purpose. 

    Paul brings a wealth of HR and Training experiences to support his roles as instructor, coach and consultant.  He has worked in corporate, small business, college and consulting organizations including owning and operating an educational franchise.

    His corporate HR background includes substantial expertise in management training and development, professional recruiting, employee compensation and career management consulting.  Paul earned an MLHR from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Baldwin-Wallace University.
