Mindfulness: Improve Employee Health & Productivity and Reduce Company Costs

Join us as Paul J. DiFranco, SHRM – SCP, C.Ht. shares with us!

Employees are faced with continuous unprecedented amounts of change and consequential stress. Leading employers such as Ford, Target, Google, Goldman Sachs, Aetna and General Mills are offering training in mindfulness meditation as a remedy.

Companies are reporting that modest investments in mindfulness meditation instructions yield significant paybacks including improved employee health, reduced benefit expense and boosts in productivity.

Come to this presentation and gain an overview of the mindfulness trend now spreading in the business world.  Learn how it can give your company a competitive advantage.  A group mindfulness meditation exercise and getting started tips are included in the program.
