November Breakfast Meeting - Generations in the Workplace

Have you ever wondered why a person of another generation did something you would never think of doing?  Have you received customer service from another generation and didn’t feel it was actually service?  Does your definition of work ethic seem to clash with others’ definitions?

There are five generations of employees in today’s workplace, creating unprecedented diversity issues and the potential for workplace conflict.  Each generation has a unique definition of good customer service, job satisfaction and work ethic, and offers diverse job assets.

Presented by the facilitator in the costume and communication style of each generation, participants will learn to:

• Identify the new breakdowns of generational divisions
• Understand the workplace expectations of each generation;
• Appreciate the unique contributions and talents possessed by each generation.
