“Chase One Rabbit: The Power of Small Wins”:

Have you been sitting around, complaining about how your life isn’t where you want it to be, but aren’t actually doing anything to change it? How many of us become stuck in a rut and don’t know how to get out? The good news is, it’s not a lack of ability or intelligence, it’s a lack of focus. Specifically, focusing in on small wins. This talk will provide real-world and practical techniques to help you create your own small success habits today!

After this speech, you will learn how to:

    1. Clarify your goals to establish your own small and measurable success habits

    2. Identify and deal with the negativity bias and other factors that hold you back

    3. Focus on your areas of strength

    4. Harness the power of peer accountability
