    SUMMARY

    The company has experienced an annual compound growth rate exceeding 8.2% over the past twelve years and is expecting annual sales to reach $6.6 Billion by 2025.  On a global basis, the company's
    products have captured more than 11% of Market Share. The company is planning on increasing sales via organic growth, improved efficiencies, and most of all, through Acquisitions.

    The company completed an acquisition of a US company within the past year and has designated this company to be their Flagship HQ company for their US operations.  Numerous additional acquisitions of US companies are planned for the near future.  This role is with their US Flagship HQ company and the scope of responsibilities for this role are expected to increase dramatically as newly acquired companies are merged into the organization.  Currently, the US company has 10 manufacturing plants and about 500 employees - both of these figures are expected to grow quite rapidly as pending acquisitions are completed.  

    This role, which reports to the VP, HR, is located near Freemont Hills, MO which is in the southwest corner
    of Missouri and will be fully responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the company's

    Total Rewards Strategy. As a key member of the company's leadership team, this person will provide strategic and tactical direction for the development of Total Rewards results-driven initiatives that define the company's success and help drive new growth.     DUTIES

    • Manage the Total Rewards Function including the development of strategic initiatives and provide direction for the design, development, management, and implementation of company-wide Total Rewards Programs that are in concert with the company's business goals and objectives.
    • Provide strategic leadership, development and management of Total Rewards Programs in a manner that ensures employee engagement, market competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility.
    • Manage the financial aspects of all Total Rewards Programs to ensure that the company and employees are receiving optimum value for the monies spent.
    • Provide an updated, creative approach to the design and implementation of market competitive Total
    • Rewards Programs that result in high employee retention rates, attracting top talent, and optimizing value.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing Total Rewards Programs and suggest areas for improvement.
    • Manage Total Rewards Programs for the corporate office and all manufacturing facilities.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for Total Rewards Programs.
    • Develop comprehensive, proactive communication initiatives and training materials to support the rollout of Programs that are well understood and valued by managers and employees.
    • Engage with senior management to establish Total Rewards Programs that influence employee retention and attract top talent.
    • Ensure that all Total Rewards Programs are in compliance with all legal and government regulations.
    • Serve as the Company's Total Rewards Subject Matter Expert.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Finance, Management or related field.
    • More than ten years of progressively responsible Total Rewards Program design, management, and administration experience.
    • Solid, hands-on working knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long Term Disability, and Employee Assistance Programs, Flexible Spending Accounts, Base & Incentive pay structure design and FMLA, FLSA, ERISA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, COBRA, & HIPAA.
    • Excellent knowledge of Total Rewards principles and design and applicable regulations and laws.
    • Solid Total Rewards Program budgeting and analytical background.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for financial modeling, salary structure design, incentive plan design, market benchmarking and job evaluation.
    • Skilled and knowledgeable in the collection, analysis and determination of market salary and total compensation data.
    • Exceptional ability of establishing and maintaining partnerships with company executives, management, and key stakeholders.
    • Past experience with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company would be beneficial. For example, this would include companies in the Beverage, Food, Clothing, Home Care, Beauty, Personal Care, and Over-the Counter Drug market areas.
    • Past experience with the integration of acquired or merged companies, multi-plant, multi-locations, private and public companies, and self-funded benefit programs would be beneficial.
    • Collaborative approach – values diverse perspectives and is open to new ideas and approaches.
    • Creative thinker who can provide strategic thought leadership, think analytically, and solve complex issues and challenges.
    • Ability to be 'hands on' and work both tactically and strategically to ensure business needs are met.
    • Solid experience utilizing an HRIS System.
    • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
    • Solid influencing and negotiating skills
    • Capable of managing multiple projects from concept to finish.
    • Ability to communicate with impact utilizing exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and persuasion skills.
